POOR SERVICE

DID NOT GET ITEM. I CALLED AND NO ONE ANSWERED. MACY'S CONTACTED THEM AND THEY STILL DID NOT GET BACK TO ME. IT'S ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND I HAVE NO ITEM AND NO REFUND. NO ITEM. NO REFUND. NO ANSWER TO CALLS. RUN!!!!

They sent me the wrong earring they weren’t drop ones for my daughter’s wedding. They were studs with Safire.
