What a great gift these make!

hedgehog stuffed

never received--did get the 4T dress but too small so want to return. How do I get credit back for missing hedgehog--to be a gift to granddaughter who had to put hers down with eye cancer????? Credit would be fine as did order her 2 others from Xmas amd crystal puzzle as rememberances. She still misses the little guy!still missing hedgehog item --1/20/25
