Gem purse

The gems fall off, eventually there won't be any left on the purse. It was a waste of time sticking the gems on the purse the sticky background you apply the gems to is just not sticky enough to hold the gems, I find gems all over the floor from falling off the purses.

cute, but with caveats

The purse itself is really durable and sturdy. Perfect length for my 6 and 9 year olds. However, the gems were a pain in the butt. Once a layer was applied, if you bumped that layer trying to complete another layer, gems came off. The sticky layer is just not enough. Once we did manage to get all the gems on, I sealed it with a thiiiiick coat of glossy ModPodge. That really upped the durability of the gems and you can’t even tell it’s sealed.

Hmm not sure

Can’t wait to give this to my god daughter for her birthday and for Christmas so we her birthday is 5 days before Christmas. I’m not sure of the quality, if it’s durable or if it’s even worth the money. But I mean it looks like a fun project for a girl of age

The perfect craft for a girls day!

This made for a perfect girls day project with my niece! Rainbows are her favorite, ESPECIALLY if they have sparkles. She loved how the purse turned out and she couldn’t wait to show her friends that she “made her own purse”. The only bump we hit was in the beginning she was getting slightly frustrated about how small the crystals were but with a little help she got the hang of it. Overall would recommend for someone looking for a cute activity!
