These Georgia work boots are made from SPR leather as a result of the way it's been tanned, it has 3 times the strength and is able to resist abrasions 2 ½ times better than traditional leathers. It is also highly resistant to barnyard acids and caustic chemicals. You never know if an object is going to drop on top of your feet unexpectedly, or if you might step down onto something electrical as you are working. These work boots were built with a steel toe it meets the ASTM F2413 I/75 C/75 Protective Toe Classification, which means that it is able to withstand up to 75 lbs. of impact and compression. This footwear also complies with the ASTM F2413 Electrical Hazard Standard. Keeping your feet comfortable is important. With that in mind, Georgia built this footwear with a cushioned insole covered in a soft material it provides comfort for your entire work day. You'll be able to walk along steadily and the arches of your feet will be supported due to the steel shank.

Favorite boot/shoe EVER!!

I’ve been wearing the Georgia Wedge over 15yrs now and prolly has become my one and only boot/shoe i wear with everything. Lol, went from Nike’s/Vans/Chucks to only Georgia wedge. I love them so much i have pairs for work and everyday wear. I’ve worked for the Water company where i live and not really being “water proof” i still wore them and they would hold up for 6 months or so. That’s jumping on shovels, kicking stuff, underwater, asphalt and so forth… as well as the Natural gas field and seems to hold up better without constant water lol i’ve bought up to 6 pairs in a yr bcuz all the OT I was working, but i say all this to say i never had more compliments then this boot and i’ve worn every brand, the quality of leather is the best and i can walk in them all day. I think I’ll be buried in them. You think i’m lying ask my wife. Lol here’s 2 i have in my garage wit 2 in my closet. Cant wait to try the “waterproof” wedge ones now for work!

had for about 5 months probably my favorite boot ever will buy again very comfy. only down side is they run a little larger i think.

Why does it need to stand out?

They fit true to size, seem fairly well made. Not that comfortable, really, but they may get more so as they break in. Feel pretty rigid.

Ok

Been wearing these for a few months now. Seems to be good durable leather and and fits well. Kind of a flat sole so doesn’t make for good arch support. Was hoping they would have a little more cushion to them. Pretty thin layer of foam in the sole but not the worst I’ve ever had.
