Love this! I buy a new winter scene bag every year from Giani Bernini because they feature a penguin, which I am obsessed with. So many pockets and all closed by zippers so no fear of losing anything.

I got to love this bag for a whole two weeks.....until the zipper broke!! Now I have to be hassled with returning it. It really is a cute bag, but worthless with a broken zipper.

Wrong Tags on Purse

Beware, Macys put the wrong tags on these purses. I ordered the Christmas version with bears, but received the red plaid one instead. The tag said with bears; they were tagged wrong. Now I have to take it into the store to get my money back. They likely won’t have the purse I had originally ordered. Customer service has gotten so bad.
