giani wallet

The coin clasp wasn’t tight and kept opening dumping the coins. I bought it for all the slots to hold credit cards but when I put them all in you couldn’t snap it closed. I had to return it.

bad customer service

I bought this wallet on April 6, 2024 I have bought this brand and same style before and love it. I notice the place where the change is kept would not stay closed. I took it to the Macy customer service today I explain what was going on she said because I didn't have a receipt I could not return it. I told her I bought it on line and if she looks it up on my charge card it is right there. Ariel would not budge I even asked her to ask the other sakes associate and she looked at me like I was a ghost and said no. I buy plenty of merchandise at Macys all year long. I am so disappointed I will not buy anymore at Macys. I will be writing to the company to see if they can help me.
