Fell apart instantly

Ordered in advance to wear for special event. Never even got to wear - brown crystals fell out and chain broke when I lifted it out of packaging. Super disappointing and also now out of the return window :(

Wore this once and the bronze sand dollar fell off. I also gave one to a friend for Christmas and hoping she does not have the same problem. Feel they should refund this as I will not be able to wear it any more.
