Item was Late, post was bent, broke 1st attempt

Recieved with the post bent and late . Was in protected velvet sleeve so who shipped saw were already damaged. The first time i tried to wear it broke completely off the baguette. Trash item, trash employee that chose to send damaged item. What can i do abt it?!?! MACY'S ONLINE is Trash. Polo took out all their product in store bc of theft and employees are ones stealing. Shld i expect better from staff that handle online orders? Im done. DILLARDS is were quality items are. Been shopping at DILLARDS for over a month now best decision ive made. I was faithful to MACYS. This was last straw for me. MACYS can eat a big bag of. ! MACYS wont scam another dime out me. AND THEY DONT HONOR ANY JEWELRY WARRANTY! TRASH! WHOLE ORGANIZATION IS TRASH. TRASH QUALITY PRODUCTS TRASH QUALITY EMPLOYEES. THAT IVE EVEN TAKEN TIME TO POST THIS IS UPSETTING. THANKS FOR NOTHING MACYS. SMH. ONLY GOT MY BUSINESS BC WAS FOLEYS ANYHOW. GOODBYE!

Don’t get them shipped!

They arrived with the posts bent so Macey’s sent another pair and they were bent. They were packed in a very thin plastic bag. There was no cushion or packing material. Don’t get them shipped! Otherwise they are beautiful! I’m so disappointed! Macey’s is a high end store and I expected more from them!
