I bought 2 watches and 2 rings from Macy's but I never buy from Macy's again ، they got my return for 2 weeks and never issued my refund, very disappointed

I wore this ring 4 times. Every time I wear it, I catch it on things. It is so misshapen now I can no longer wear it.
