ugh

I received what I thought was a nice ring, unfortunately it was damaged and bent and worn. When I contacted customer service they claimed that they sent a new which I never received so I asked for my money back and they refused so I’m filing a report and complaint with the BBB. Elderly buyers beware!!!!!
