poor quality

I don"t recommend buying this necklace,the chain turned black less than 2 weeks after i bought it.I can't get any help trying to return it.

NOT AT ALL AS SHOWN!

Cut but did not look at all like the pictures. Letter is smaller and the chain/necklace does not look nothing like what I thought it was. Nothing like the pictures. A lil disappointed, but still going to give it to my niece/ God-daughter until I buy her a better one.
