Broke within 23 days

Beautiful but broke within 23 days. Just fell off my ankle. Chat with customer service to return or replace and they said sorry but it can't since it's broken.

JUNK

I purchased for my daughter. It arrived dirty and dingy looking. It was a lot thinner and flimsier than I expected. It broke the same day.
