Disappointed

So disappointed with how little care is used when sending out packages. This is my third time I’ve purchased shoes online only to be so annoyed with the used condition of the shoes I’ve received. I’ve received old torn boxes with shoes that are in used condition. Very disappointed. This is truly discouraging, I’m very reluctant with ordering shoes from Macy’s.

Great Boots

Was looking for black boots that looked a bit like combat but appropriate for older women and not too clunky. Very pleased with the boots. Ordered a 1/2 size smaller and they fit perfect. Extremely comfortable, look great with jeans or leggings, and nice soft insert. Boot does not cut into the leg when walking. Happy I got them!!

AWESOME boots!

These are the most comfortable boots that I have ever owned. I bought the black. They are true to size and very attractive with jeans or black pants. They keep my feet warm and dry even on the most rainy days when I have to walk all the way across campus.

Love these

These boots are cute, stylish and so comfortable! Love them, perfect weekend casual boots to wear with jeans. I bought a 1/2 size smaller based on reviews and they are perfect! I have them in brown and plan on getting them in black as well.
