A Good Buy

I got this Giani Bernini bag in navy and it is both practical and pretty. The many pockets make it easy to organize and find your stuff, and the size is just right. Besides it goes with everything! I’m sure I will get a lot of use out of this bag.

Nice handbag but mine had an issue

Like the handbag, however, the inner pouch was ribbed out on one side. Did not notice until it was too late to return.

Distressed customer

I ordered this item for a granddaughter's wedding. When I received the item it was black instead of navy color. I talked with an agent of Macy's and they issued a return for the item and said under the circumstances since I could not receive the right item in time for the wedding....that I did not have to return the item. The wedding is over. Now you say that I should return it. Who do I believe?

Everything I wanted.

This purse is everything I wanted. It's dark navy and not too big or too little. It looks elegant because it looks like leather and I think is leather. The pockets are roomy, but don't look like they will hang open.I found a purse I bought online last year and it is not navy. It's purplish. I'm thankful to find just what I need. I would recommend to a friend. I live in Alabama.
