Bent earring- no packaging protection

Arrived in celephane packaging with no box or protection and one earring bent. Purchased two other pairs and they came in boxes and protected.

They’re ok

I got the earrings in sale. I knew they would be small as indicated which is fine but I was disappointed with the presentation. These earrings I’m giving as a gift and it didn’t come in an earring jewelry box. Instead it’s attached to a piece of plastic making it look extremely cheap.
