Nice looking except they do not fit. I am a perfect size 8.5. These shoes are very tight and hurt.

Clunky and heavy

I rarely wear these - they're clunky and heavy. Yes, they look nice and they're Giani Bernini which has pretty items. Not practical, though.

"Very Bad"

Macy's is the one who's doing the wrong thing sending used shoes. I bought them online expecting a good product to give my wife as a gift, and they sent me dirty shoes with dirt on the soles. That's not what you do to your customers. I'm very upset.
