Gianni Bernini Shoes

The second time I wore these, the backstrap broke. I’ve tried to reach Macy’s support by email, chat and phone to ask if they’d accept the return. I’ve not been able to reach a Macys support person to discuss. The second time I wore the shoes, it was outside of the 30 day return window so now I am stuck with broken shoes..

Love the look

I love the style of these shoes. They’re so sharp and versatile. The black color is neutral and looks great with pants or skirts or dresses. The downside is after three or four hours of wear and walking they become uncomfortable. Also, the platform makes the shoe a little unstable.

Tall Girls Wear Heels too!!

Tall girls wear heels too! I'm a size 12 & bought these because I'm a bridesmaid. I'm taller than the bride but she's wearing heels too. I'm glad this helps is a comfortable height.
