Product never received

Macys screwed up my order by sending to an old address. Product not received. Customer service is so bad they can’t explain their screw up. Poor service and knowledge lacking employees in a room with background chatter of other reps.

Nice Dutch Oven

I got this for my son for Christmas. I know it's a bit early to be shopping for Christmas in July, but I thought it was a good price. I think I will have a difficult time keeping it from him until December, though. I know he will enjoy it!
