Online photo deceptive

I wasn't sure what I was ordering. The picture of the bowls showed one on its side, that showed a nice wide flat lip next to a stack of the other 3 bowls with no lip. Turns out what I got was the latter, and they're really big, almost large enough to be a serving bowl. Really not what I was looking for, but I have other Gibson china, so I took a chance.

The bowls were not the size I thought they were. Looking at them online I thought they were the same size I had, but they were much larger.
