Item never shipped, forced to order higher price

Purchased an item from this vender. The shipping label was created but the item never shipped. I called Macy customer support to fix the problem, but since it wasn’t sold through Macy they canceled my order without permission and forced me to order again at a higher price. This is ridiculous, Macys do better.
