Nice giraffe but difficult packaging

The packaging was very study, too study! It was held together with those big staples, and it took me 15 minutes to open as I was worried about getting cut. I could not use scissors on the heavy cardboard, so had to pull if apart piece by piece with my hands to open. Two stars docked. The giraffe is nice and as pictured, but the full price (I got it on sale) is most unreasonable. Finally, there are a couple very small smudges on the canvas. Another star off. I'm tempted to award two, but that would be too Grinch-like this time of year. Oh, and mind is a tad under 12 inches vertically.
