Received a empty box

I placed this order Decemer 20th online to be gift wrapped and delivered before Christmas. I received a empty sealed Macy's box on the 23rd. I contacted Macy's for a replacement I was told it would be recent on the 26th of December. Today is the 27th I still haven't heard anything yet
