PERFECT GIFT

The presentation and shine sold me on this. I read reviews about them not receiving a box and that almost deterred me but I’m glad I took a chance. The box it came in was beautiful and well made. Packaging alone was 10/10 but the actual bracelet and earrings are stunning!! I’m purchasing one for myself!!

Terrible delivery. Item arrived after Feb 14.

Purchased this item for Valentine's Day for my wife's first Valentine's Day after our marriage. Macy's website confirmed the delivery will be made before Valentine's Day if I ordered by Feb 9. I placed the order Feb 8. One day before delivery date, I get a message from Macy's saying item will deliver after Valentine's Day. I was out of town and couldn't arrange an alternative for my wife's first Valentine's after our marriage. Because of misleading information by Macy's and not fulfilling promise, my wife is angry with me. See Email from Macy's below, unreasonable, unpredictable, unprofessional: The shipping carrier has notified us that they are expecting a delay. Don't worry, your package is still on the way and is now scheduled to arrive on Saturday, Feb. 15. Order #: 4571275387 Order date: 02/08/2025

None of the jewelry come in a box. Just bubble wrap in a plastic bag smh
