Sunday May 18th

Went to Macy's to purchase a pair of shoes, no help to be found in shoe dept. After being there 30 minutes I did find an associate and asked her some questions.( I did ask her for help) Never came back to help me and I went to customer service area to check out. (so did other people with shoes) Its very disappointing since I recently applied for a Macy's credit card and find the help not very good. A week before I was in the jewelry dept and 2 associates were chatting, not very interested in customers(Mothers Day)

Earrings

I like the earrings but the it's not so secured when I used it the stud are loose so Im sure I will lost this earrings . I hope they can improve putting a better stud to hold the earrings securely.

Get these...you willl not be dissapointed.

Mine are Silver and Blue gems. LOVE them, arrived fast and get so many compliments. Can wear with Jeans or other. My son buys me most all my earrings for bday gifts etc. from Macys and they're a hit everytime!
