Sunday May 18th

Went to Macy's to purchase a pair of shoes, no help to be found in shoe dept. After being there 30 minutes I did find an associate and asked her some questions.( I did ask her for help) Never came back to help me and I went to customer service area to check out. (so did other people with shoes) Its very disappointing since I recently applied for a Macy's credit card and find the help not very good. A week before I was in the jewelry dept and 2 associates were chatting, not very interested in customers(Mothers Day)

I like the earrings but the it's not so secured when I used it the stud are loose so Im sure I will lost this earrings . I hope they can improve putting a better stud to hold the earrings securely.
