Major part missing

The light cord was missing so I am unable to plug in lights. Also not able to reach anyone to resolve this issue. Frustrating

Beautiful Tree but NO WOOD BOX

Photo shows tree with wood box but this is not included. Description should say “wood box not included” but sadly it did now. Beautiful tree otherwise.
