Great cutlery at a decent price point.

These are amazing knives. The blades are very thin, allowing for very precise cuts and little resistance through the cut. The edge grind is a great balance of razor sharpness with a good edge retention. I currently own three Global knives with the intent of adding to the collection. My only complaint with them is that they have a fairly narrow grip for smaller hands. Of course that’s a subjective issue and may fit you perfectly. I, on the other hand, have fairly large hands and I have arthritis, so I’m a bit bothered by it. But not enough so that it keeps me from using them and purchasing more in the future. I hope you find this review helpful.
