A disappointed long time customer

I ordered two sets of these They are beautiful! My only problem is that two of the mugs had a black dot inside of the cup which was from the trim. I called to see if they would replace just the two but they refused. I would have had to re-pack both boxes of "16" pieces each and they are very very heavy and we are in our late "70"'s and just couldn't do it. Very Very disappointed!!!!!
