Upset customer

I am extremely disappointed in the service or lack of . I ordered all of these products at the same time and then I was notified this item was being delayed, not canceled and now I’m told 3days before Christmas it’s canceled. I will be returning the other pieces if there is no way of getting the Hostess serving set. This is very bad timing !

A perfect gift for that perfect friend

This is a beautiful set . I bought 2 to keep for “the perfect friend”. It’s quite an exceptional set variety of pieces and exceptional quality. I love it and I’m sure my friend will too. How nice to have matching pieces all in one gift! I’d like to keep a few sets on hand as we have many young people starting out in a new home. A unique gift!

Shaker tops are plastic

Canceled order twice error in discount but Macy's held amounts from my bank for a week. Macy's customer service said to call my bank because they couldn't help me. Will never shop Macy's again and closed my account. Check your bank statement if you ever canceled an order.
