I purchased this and did not even open the box as I could hear the pieces jangling around in the box. I have requested a return and need to drop it off. There should have been a fragile sticker on the box so the delivery company would know to not throw the box around and treat it with care.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. It is very nice. Good quality. Looks very nice on the table and keeps food warm.

Bad quality
The product quality is not only terrible, but also dangerous to health. The handle on the glass lid contains a plastic gasket connecting the handle to the lid. Due to heating, this gasket melted and the handle detached from the lid. I am afraid that molten plastic may have gotten into the food through the resulting hole in the lid.

From seeing the item on macys it looked big, but I received it, it wasn't what I thought it's was. And out It doesn't come with the tea lights. The price was ok.

Does NOT keep warm
good smaller size for a small side dish like a few cups of vegetables. However the ceramic material is too thick and doesn;t allow for the food to keep warm with one tiny tealight. Looks nice as part of buffet but will not keep warm which is why I wanted this to look nicer than burner cans.
Disappointed
It is not meant to be used with tea lights at all! 15 minutes after lighting the tea lights the house stated smelling like something was burning, next thing we know one of the dishes had split in half (we had not lit up the other one) and needless to say lunch was ruined. The lids are also very fragile.
