Cracked and smashed

It’s really unfortunate that I have to give this item a bad review because of the poor quality construction. I ordered these items for a specific purpose Seven arrived cracked above the handle which seems to be a manufactured defect and two were smashed (you could hear the broken pieces shaking in the box). This was also a second delivery since the first was incomplete. These items are rendered unusable. Since these items could not be deployed as intended, it resulted in additional cost and delay for the purpose This is unacceptable, where is the quality inspection? The boxes wasn’t even labeled fragile. Thus should be removed from your page forcing Godinger to rectify the quality. I am again totally disappointed!!!

Poor quality.

Purchased this decanter and some of the glasses from the same set. The decanter had large bubbles in the side. All of the edges or rims of the glasses were uneven and not strait. I don't know if these are factory rejects or what but stay far away.

BROKEN GLASSES

3 out of 4 glasses were broken. NO wrapping..or protective bubble wrap. Big inconvenience. Customer service is horrible.

Loyal customer

Received order of 3 boxes of 4 in each box. The 3 boxes were shipped in an oversized box with no bubble wrap or packing. They were broken so I returned to the local Macy’s for credit. I asked if they could reorder for me at the same sale price and ship to the store for pickup. I was told no so I will have to call customer service on this one. The glasses are beautiful when not broken. I rate the item a 5 but the packing and shipping a1.

Godinger Sullivan street fluted champagne glasses

I received the glasses they were all broken , disgraceful. The packaging was terrible and all glasses were broken. Macys has lost its luster, or they need to get better employees who cares. I am very upset because this was a gift and it came to my home first., I’m sorry this is strong but I am very disappointed.
