Melted Mess

There was one ice pack and the chocolate was melted. Not a very nice way to say thank you.

Expired Chocolates

The chocolate cake melted and it has molds on it. It seems to be expired. Not happy with it. It’s just bad. Is there a way I can get a refund of some sort

Love the chocolate delivery directly from Godiva

A kudo to Godiva chocolate vendor. I often bought Godiva chocolate from the stores for family members and friends’ birthdays or holidays but this time I ordered them online and was worried that the chocolate might melt under scorching heat while they are in the delivery truck. But no, Godiva vendor packed them carefully and nicely in the foam ice box and the big benefit for me was no perfume smell. I was so happy about all that. Thanks Godiva!
