My favorite pan
This pan is amazing!! I use it nearly everyday for meals whether it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Its amazing how nothing sticks to it so I can throw food on there without cooking spray or butter! I would recommend this product to others who love to cook

Perfect Grill Cheese
I got this about a month ago and oh my God it is the best grilled cheese sandwiches you will ever make it's a must buy for sure I'm definitely recommending it for my friends andfamuly light wieght and easy to use

Worked ok for a little bit
My title says it all. I was excited to get this pan, as I hate my food sticking while I'm making it. It worked great at first and I was so happy. But then a few weeks went by and I noticed it wasn't working as great anymore. It eventually stopped being nonstick no matter what I tried. Another issue is that the whole pan didn't seem to warm up evenly. Around the edges were not near as hot as the middle where it was over the burner. This caused uneven cooking. Overall, I'm kind of disappointed in this product and will not be buying any more

great product
like the product works really good and like it allot i would defently would recommend it to my family and friends. i been useing it every day to cook breakfast lunch and dinner and it does not stick at all and it is easy to clean

Love the size and non stick!
We like to make pancakes on Saturday and grilled cheese? Great pan for it! It fits toast wonderfully. It also goes in the oven! Per instructions it can withstand metal utensils, haven’t tried it with metal yet.

In love with this griddle pan.
Growing up my mom made everything on a griddle style pan. As an adult it’s the one thing I always meant to buy and just never got around to. After receiving and using this Gotham non-stick griddle pan I will never go back. I normally just use a frying pan for pancakes, and things for my kids. This pan so far is 100% non stick. It cooked my pancakes better then I’ve made in a pan, my kids quesadilla cheese didn’t stick at all and it was super easy to clean. The one thing I don’t like is the handle gets very warm and then hot where you still need to grab it. If I needed to brace the pan or move it I’d burn myself. All n all I love this pan and it’s my new go to.

Seriously non-stick
I love this Gotham Steele Non-stick griddle. It's perfect for so many of the meals that I cook. I don't like to fry anything in grease and I don't have to with this griddle. It's perfect for anything that you would normally fry but without the oil.

Another Great Gotham Steel Product
I have several Gotham Steel pans and the square griddle is a great addition. It absolutely is non-stick just like it says. Just like with other non-stick pans though, always be careful not to use metal utensils or else you run the risk of scratching it. Another tip is to wash it by hand rather than using the dishwasher. I'm sure running it a few times through the dishwasher won't hurt it but too many times could reduce the effectiveness of the non-stick material. Lastly, I'd recommend pouring good quality olive oil in the griddle, warming it up on low-medium heat, spreading the olive oil around and then removing it from the heat to let it cool. Doing this after several uses seems to help preserve the non-stick features.
