Not what I expected.

The sofa has a very strong smell that is not going away even after washing it, the quality is not as good as it looks in the pictures. It can’t be returned in the store either (that’s a huge problem) after it’s open it’s very hard to pack and take it to any UPS cause how are we supposed to get it to fit back in the box. I want to return it but I don’t know how to get it done.
