Terrible experience

This has been a horrible experience. 1. The delivery was made to a different address. 2. Wrong product was delivered. 3. I called customer service several times, informed them that the furniture are now put together and this is not what I ordered. I requested pick up of the pieces that are now put together. Nothing happened yet. I am still waiting for reimbursement and pick up of wrongly delivered products
