Easy to assemble

Easily went together in 15 minutes - motion mechanics are pre-assembled. Well protected shipping container arrived very quickly. Worked great right out of the box.

Confusing

The item appeared well built. Never did they mention the size so when I thought I bought a queen size I was delivered a twin, the frame weighs several hundred pounds and per rerun paper I can only return through UPS. How does frail me get this to UPS? Insane

Dangerous

I purchased this bed for my elderly father who has emphysema, and I am extremely disappointed with this purchase from the start. The bed was very difficult to assemble, and although I ordered a queen size, it arrived as a twin. The instructions required us to “trick” it into fitting as a queen, which was very frustrating. The bed itself is heavy, and after all the effort to assemble it, things only got worse. The built-in phone charger malfunctioned and actually melted while charging, burning a hole into the mattress. Thankfully, we noticed the burning smell in time and prevented what could have been a serious fire hazard or tragedy. Overall, this bed has been nothing but problems—unsafe, poorly designed, and not what I paid for. I would strongly caution others against buying it.
