Big disappointment

So disappointed! Roses were dead, flowers were brown! Not packaged well, gift card was not there. Calling customer service for a refund! Do not order!!!

This order took more than 4 days to arrive. The flowers on the wreath were turning brown and the petals were falling off. The wreath was packaged terribly. Would not recommend this product.
