Fantastic well constructed everyday pan

Non toxic, non stick, every day pan with deep depth, and lid. The handles do get hot but, it performs perfectly. We have tried many pans who claimed to be such and failed. Easy clean up. Use this pan a lot for spaghetti sauce and, so far, no staining. We follow the suggestions of heat and wait 90 seconds before adding oil, no cooking spray, and allow cooling before we hand wash. Only wish lid had a vent.

Not nonstick at all

Surprise surprise. Stuff sticks terribly to these pans. Making a cheese quesadilla was a disaster. You have to cook entirely differently.

A must have in your kitchen!

The pan cooks very evenly considering how large it is, we love it. We did quite a bit a research before purchasing and are really happy.

Perfect omelets

Replace those sticky old pans!

I have/had an 8" green frypan for years when finally I realized it needed to be replaced. Let us just say it had served its time. I am delighted with its replacement. The cover from the old one fits perfectly and what a joy to have the nonstick surface with no sticky spots. I realize now the rest of my pans need to be lined up for replacement as well. It's a great pan! Very happy with it.
