Multicooker!

This slow cooker is amazing! Its the perfect size for my family of 3. It has many functions so you can do so much with it. It comes with a steamer rack and you can also make rice with it. My favorite setting is the sear/sauté. It is easy to clean and is non stick.

Great multi use cooker!

This really can do it all! I used this today for the first time to make Mississippi pot roast and I love that I can sear the meat and slow cook in one pot. The cooker pre heated fairly quickly and the manual tells you exactly how to take it from the sear function to the slow cook function. The digital reader and buttons are so easy to use. I love the wide crock pot style of this cooker vs my pressure cooker because you can really see what you’re cooking since it’s not as deep. Very easy to clean too! You can use metal utensils but it may scratch the container so I would stick with silicone.

Love it!!

I have7 used my slow cooker 3 times so far, and it is really great. The meats are really tender, almost melts in the mouth. So, so far so good.

So many uses

Wow! I'm so impressed with this GreenPan Elite 14 in 1 6 quart slow cooker. I already gifted my old slow cooker to a family member after using this. This is a large size that is perfect for my large family. It is easy to set and use. A feature I really like is the ability to not only choose a precise temperature but also the amount of time I need it to cook. Also the ability to preset it to automatically start when I'm not even home. It came with a rack for inside that can be used not only for keep a meat off the bottom but also for steaming. It even came with a small measuring cup for adding liquid. I've found myself using this so much more frequently than my old slow cooker as I'm able to do so much more and fit more in it. Cleanup is a breeze. The non stick ceramic piece lifts out easily and can be hand washed or put right in the dishwasher. The stainless steel exterior wipes clean easily with a wet cloth. This is definitely one of my favorite kitchen appliances.

Everything you need!!

Design issues…

Some design issues—don’t want to hang the lid on the electrical cord, too much condensation. How about a retractable cord? Insert handles should be flat. Would take up less storage space. Insert is a little small compared to other 6 quart slow cookers.

Amazing Cooking Tool

I waited a long time before spending the kind of money this unit is. I can honestly say it was money well spent. It is so easy to use, cooks food wonderfully and is super easy to clean. Searing before slow cooking,baking etc in one pan can’t be beat. Slow cooking is perfect, food is evenly cooked with no hot/cold spots. I highly recommend the Elite.
