AMAZING!!! Typical design and spread of any frying pan but the ease and smoothness of this felt next level. It’s heavy (manageable) and feels well made; I have an electric stovetop and the pan was really compatible. I cooked tofu as a test bc it typically sticks to my current pan, but this pan defied the odds!!! Quick to cook, nonstick and easy to clean post meal (as you can see in the photos). Decent everyday pan. Doesn’t come with lid

I was highly impressed by this pan! I have not cooked with stainless steel before and was very nervous to test it out. I've heard it's difficult and hard to clean. Nope - not this pan! I followed the great instruction manual that was included which was super helpful. I fried an egg to see how well it cooked and if the egg would stick. Cooking was a breeze and the egg was cooked very evenly. The pan was easy to use and it cleaned like a dream! I hand washed it but it's also dishwasher safe. I love that I can use it inside or on top of the oven. The pan is also nice and sturdy with a great handle. Weight is just right. It's made without chemicals which is a great plus. I'd highly recommend this pan.

I really like this frying pan. It cooks my food well and it's very durable. The size is awesome. I'm able to fit a lot of fries in at one time. I would purchase this again.

This pan is excellent quality and I love it because it's easy to use and clean. It has a nice weight to it without it being heavy, and it's easy to tell when it's ready temperature-wise with the water test. I absolutely love that it's uncoated, it makes me feel at ease knowing it's safe for me and my loved ones. When used properly it's definitely non-stick, food eventually slides around the pan and anything that leaves a fond is perfect for deglazing. Being able to use any type of utensil on the pan is a plus, it's very durable and it doesn't have any scratches no matter what I use. I love this pan, I'll definitely be buying a matching lid.

I love how fast the pan heats up and cooks evenly. Food doesn't stick to the pan when cooking. Also the cleanup is super easy. Usually rinse and wipe off after cooking. It is sturdy and heavy, high quality, and works great for everyday cooking.

I’ve been using the GreenPan Valencia Pro Stainless Steel Uncoated Frypan for a while now, and it honestly feels like a serious upgrade from traditional non-stick pans. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the construction. It’s solid, has some weight to it, and feels like it’s built to last. The stainless steel design looks sleek and professional. I feel like a chef when I’m using it! One of my favorite things about this pan is how versatile it is. You can use it on the stovetop and then transfer it straight into the oven without worrying, which makes finishing dishes so much easier. I also love that you can use metal utensils without stressing about scratches or peeling coatings. That’s such a relief compared to traditional nonstick pans where you’re constantly worrying about the surface. Cooking with it does take a tiny adjustment if you’re coming from non-stick. You’ll want to preheat the pan and use a bit of oil for best results, but once you get the hang of it, food releases really well and you get a much better sear and flavor. Plus, cleanup is still surprisingly easy. The biggest win for me is the health factor. There’s no chemical coating or questionable materials!
