Intense and seductive Gucci fragrance

Gucci Guilty perfume is a seductive and intense fragrance that's perfect for a night out. The perfume is intense and sophisticated. I love the bold, sensual vibe it gives off, and it lasts surprisingly well !! It’s not only perfect for a night out, but for a daily wear!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made my purchase online and it was labeled available for in store pickup. After my card was charged; I was notified it wasn’t available for pick up. My card was charged two more times for the same order. After speaking to three customer service reps, nothing was done. I just had to wait until the funds were released ( that was days later). I won’t be making any more purchases.

Sooner than what I expected

In all honesty Macy's is my go to for perfumes. I tried to go to a local retailer hoping to avoid long shipping time but to my surprise it came in a few days, much faster than expected and perfect time for a christmas gift. Thanks for always delivering excellence!

Poor customer service policy!

Good product, bad customer service at Macy’s. Ordered this product. A few days later tr product went on sale -daily and friends sale. I called customer service looking for a credit on my Macy’s card. That’s what the competition does. Customer service told me I had to buy the same product at the lower price and bring the other product back for a refund. That’s horribly customer service!! Competition does price match or if the price goes lower in 30 days after purchase, you get a refund . Macy’s is out of touch !

Heavenly scent but packaging needs work

I love this frangrance. Its long lasting and will get you noticed. What i dont appreciate is how much evavoprates from the bottle before its even opened.
