Ordered, never received, Macys returned it

I ordered this item when it was 30% off online. My order sat in processing for weeks. I check back, and I suddenly show a “return complete” and that “I can keep my item.” Well, that would be nice, but I never received it. First time I ever had Macys not follow through on an order. Make me think Macys didn’t want to sell me the glasses at 30% off.
