Lesson Learned

I had received the packaged shipping box, I wrapped it and gave it as a Christmas Gift. I should have opened the box, the person to whom I gave it to, called after the holidays, to advise, that the bottle was only half full, I asked if it was wrapped in Cellophane, and she told me no. I did try to return it, but was told they could not take it back. I was disappointed, but lesson learned: Open your Packages and don’t assume everything is OK.
