Tough, Sentimental Christmas for my Sister
Bought this for my sister who just lost her husband after 56 years together. Every Christmas he bought Shalimar for her. He died earlier this year so I purchased it so she would still have it. 😢♥️

I went into the store to purchase my perfume. I was helped by a very nice salesperson. However, when she looked the item, she couldn't place my order & that I had to order online. I prefer to go into the store and purchase item because of the customer interaction. I placed my order on 10-02-25, and then I received three emails. On 10-02, I received an email saying my order had shipped, another email on 10-03 & 10-04, saying my order was delayed. Finally, it was received on 10-07. This is how it arrived (pictures attached). After opening the sloppy packaging, it looked to be okay. Maybe I should have had it sent to the store.

I'm not all happy with the whole process. First, I went into the Hulen Macy's store to place my order with a "real salesperson". I prefer the customer interaction. I had a very nice gal that waited on me. I told her I wanted to purchase the (Guerlain Shalimar Eau de Toilette Spray, 3 oz,). She was very nice but when she looked up the item, she said I could only order it online. I went home & ordered it October 2, 2025. I received an email on October 3, saying it was shipped. Then, on October 4, I received another email saying it was delayed. Today, October 7, I received an email saying it was out for delivery. This is how it arrived from UPS (pictures attached). I opened the box and it looks to be okay. Maybe it wouldn't have arrived like this if I had it shipped to the store. Thank you.
