Disappointment with the article

I figured that—since the brand is supposedly well-known—the actual retail price must be higher, and that I was getting it at a good deal; I assumed it would be a quality product. But that wasn't the case at all: it lost its finish on the very first day. My ring looks absolutely terrible.
