Received used shoes

I was very disappointed with my order. It is not etiquette because I received a used item (women shoes). It was so dirty that i wanted to return it. From now on, i'm not going to order online anymore, it's a big insult to me. I already spoke to custumer service and they are aware about this. They ended up giving me a discount on the item.
