long shipping time

nice heels , but took almost 3 weeks to delivery

The hells looks like the pict . It’s very cute and confortable to walk or dance . The only inconvenient wit this purchase. it took long time to delivery by UPS to the LOCAL POSTAL OFFICE after days i got the delivery at my home. I dont understand why MACYS have to send my packages UPS AND USPS??? Takes forever to get the purchase i made online.
