Received Wrong and obviously USED item!
I am beyond disappointed with my recent purchase experience from Macy’s. I ordered a beautiful blue lace top, as shown in the product description and image. However, what I received was a used and damaged yellow sweatshirt that appears to have been worn extensively. There is visible pilling, a bleach stain on the front, and evidence of re-tagging on the back. It’s disgraceful to send such a product to a paying customer. The disparity between the item I ordered and what I received is appalling. I trusted Macy’s for quality and integrity, but this experience has shattered that trust. It’s shocking that such an oversight could occur, let alone the fact that someone thought it was acceptable to repackage and ship a visibly defective and used item. I expect better quality control and customer service from a retailer with such a long-standing reputation. Macy’s, you need to reassess your fulfillment and inspection processes to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else!!

Horrible shipping times.
Fits smaller than usual. Shipping for Macy's takes forever! I do not recommend online shopping for them!!
