Awful follow through

Having called Macy’s 4 times and visited the south shore mall store and was told they do not handle online purchases I STILL have not received this item! So why does my account say fully refunded and I’m to keep item. How can I keep what I never had. I have never experienced such POOR service feom Macys and lack of customer support from their team. Today is when I’m getting that comment Oct 9,2025 and I ordered item Sept 19,2025.
