Sad about purchase

Why won’t you let me exchange my items when it feels like you are deceiving customers? I bought two jackets in size S—one fits me, but the other is labeled S even though it looks like an XXL, so there’s no way it fits. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I want to exchange this item. If you had sent the correct size, I wouldn’t need to ask for an exchange. This white jacket is so big that both my mother and I could wear it at the same time. I need an explanation.Và

Too Big

The coat is well made and very warm. However, it’s too big and didn’t look flattering on me. I returned it and got a coat from another brand instead.

Glorious coat

This coat is awesome. It’s big though so I returned for a small. I’m 5’6” and 130 lbs. it’s so comfy cozy, cute and well designed for the cold.
