Pretty Dress but odd fit

Pretty Dress but odd fit. I'm not sure if it's me being petite and trying to fit into a regular size, but the cut didn't work for me at all. It was long under the armholes and so fitted in the torso that I couldn't really move. Nicely made though. Had to return it.
